Starck's Bike Design for Bordeaux
Philippe Stark has collaborated with Peugeot to design this bike for Bordeaux’s bike share- wonder how much it will change… looks pristine in the rendering, but sure to quickly get dirty. I also don’t see the the advantage of combining a bike with a scooter. via designboom

Some recent favorites: and not just because of the label!  Rare to see Flemish sours on tap- this was found at Mission Dolores in Brooklyn. If you make it to Philly, try the Monk’s Cafe Flemish Sour Ale… Not sure if it was a 2007- but whatever we had was very good!

When we we went to Philadelphia last weekend, we swung by the Reading Terminal Market and picked up some things we just can’t find in Brooklyn… First thing I did was put this in a glass jar… and this too. These are incredible- the corniest polenta and tastiest butter I have ever had.

NY Bike Jumble Fall 2011
This a bit late- but here are a few photos from the recent Bike Jumble! It didn’t rain as predicted, and the crowds came out to the Fall Bike Jumble. It’s great meeting new people and they are always so supportive! So encouraging- can’t wait till next year.
